โปรดอ่านเงื่อนไขการใช้งานเหล่านี้อย่างละเอียดก่อนใช้บริการ A Parinya Academy การใช้งานแพลตฟอร์มของเรา ถือว่าคุณยอมรับเงื่อนไขทั้งหมดที่ระบุไว้ในเอกสารนี้
1. การยอมรับเงื่อนไข
การสมัครสมาชิกหรือใช้บริการใดๆ บน A Parinya Academy ถือว่าคุณมีอายุไม่น้อยกว่า 13 ปี และยอมรับเงื่อนไขการใช้งานนี้
2. บัญชีผู้ใช้งาน
- คุณรับผิดชอบต่อความปลอดภัยของบัญชีและรหัสผ่านของคุณ
- คุณต้องแจ้งให้เราทราบทันทีหากพบการใช้งานบัญชีโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
- ห้ามแบ่งปันบัญชีกับผู้อื่น
3. บริการของเรา
A Parinya Academy มีบริการดังนี้:
- AI Image Generation: สร้างภาพจากรูปอ้างอิงและ Prompt ด้วย AI
- AI Video Generation: สร้างวิดีโอจากภาพที่สร้างขึ้นด้วย AI
- Social Media Upload: อัปโหลดเนื้อหาไปยัง YouTube และ TikTok โดยตรง
- Educational Content: บทเรียนและคอร์สออนไลน์
4. การเชื่อมต่อ Social Media
- การเชื่อมต่อ YouTube/TikTok เป็นทางเลือก ไม่บังคับ
- เราจะอัปโหลดเนื้อหาเฉพาะเมื่อคุณกดปุ่มอัปโหลดเท่านั้น
- คุณสามารถยกเลิกการเชื่อมต่อได้ทุกเมื่อในหน้าตั้งค่า Social
- คุณรับผิดชอบต่อเนื้อหาที่อัปโหลดไปยัง Social Media และต้องปฏิบัติตามนโยบายของแต่ละแพลตฟอร์ม
5. เนื้อหาที่สร้างด้วย AI
- คุณเป็นเจ้าของผลลัพธ์ที่สร้างขึ้นจากการใช้บริการของเรา
- ห้ามใช้บริการเพื่อสร้างเนื้อหาที่ผิดกฎหมาย เป็นการหมิ่นประมาท หรือละเมิดสิทธิ์ของผู้อื่น
- ห้ามสร้างเนื้อหาที่มีความรุนแรง ลามก หรือเกลียดชัง
- ห้ามใช้รูปภาพบุคคลอื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
6. การใช้งานที่ต้องห้าม
- การพยายาม Hack หรือทดสอบช่องโหว่ระบบ
- การขูดข้อมูล (Web Scraping) หรือใช้ Bot
- การสร้างบัญชีปลอมหลายบัญชี
- การใช้บริการในทางที่ผิดกฎหมายของราชอาณาจักรไทย
7. ทรัพย์สินทางปัญญา
แพลตฟอร์ม โค้ด การออกแบบ และเนื้อหาที่เราสร้าง เป็นทรัพย์สินของ A Parinya Academy ห้ามทำซ้ำหรือแจกจ่ายโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต
8. การจำกัดความรับผิด
เราให้บริการ "ตามสภาพ" A Parinya Academy ไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความสูญเสียรายได้ หรือความสูญเสียข้อมูลที่เกิดจากการใช้บริการของเรา
9. การเปลี่ยนแปลงเงื่อนไข
เราอาจปรับปรุงเงื่อนไขเหล่านี้เป็นครั้งคราว การแจ้งเตือนจะส่งไปยังอีเมลที่ลงทะเบียนไว้
10. กฎหมายที่ใช้บังคับ
เงื่อนไขนี้อยู่ภายใต้กฎหมายของราชอาณาจักรไทย ข้อพิพาทจะนำขึ้นสู่ศาลในกรุงเทพมหานคร

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using A Parinya Academy. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using any service on A Parinya Academy, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to these Terms of Service.
2. User Accounts
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
- Accounts may not be shared with other individuals
3. Our Services
A Parinya Academy provides:
- AI Image Generation: Create images from reference photos and prompts using AI
- AI Video Generation: Generate videos from AI-created images
- Social Media Upload: Publish content directly to YouTube and TikTok
- Educational Content: Online lessons and courses
4. Social Media Integrations
- Connecting YouTube/TikTok is optional and never mandatory
- We only upload content when you explicitly click the "Upload" button
- You can disconnect social accounts at any time in Social Settings
- You are responsible for uploaded content and must comply with each platform's policies
5. AI-Generated Content
- You own the outputs generated through our services
- You must not use our services to create illegal, defamatory, or rights-infringing content
- Violent, pornographic, or hate content is strictly prohibited
- Do not use images of other individuals without their consent
6. Prohibited Activities
- Attempting to hack or probe system vulnerabilities
- Web scraping or automated bot usage
- Creating multiple fake accounts
- Using our services for activities illegal under Thai law
7. Intellectual Property
The platform, code, design, and content we create are owned by A Parinya Academy. Reproduction or distribution without authorization is prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided "as is." A Parinya Academy is not liable for indirect damages, lost revenue, or data loss arising from use of our services.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. Notifications will be sent to your registered email address.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes shall be resolved in courts in Bangkok.
